摘要
心理契约是一种存在于员工内心的隐性契约,企业文化是以企业价值观为核心的企业意识形态。心理契约与企业文化价值取向与目标是高度一致的,而心理契约是企业文化的基石。企业应重视心理契约基础作用,通过多种途径建设与巩固良好的心理契约,从而为建设积极向上的、融洽的企业文化服务。
Psychological contract is a kind of implicit contract in the heart of the employees,and the enterprise culture is the enterprise ideology with enterprise values as the core.The value orientation and target of psychological contract and enterprise cultural are highly consistent,and the psychological contract is the foundation of the enterprise culture.In enterprise culture construction,we should pay attention to the basis function of psychological contract and construct the good psychological contract through various ways for positive and harmonious enterprise culture.
