“村转居”社区党建工作研究——以江苏省常州市天宁区青龙街道为例

农村动迁并入城区、村民转为居民后,原有的社会管理、组织构架都发生了很大的变化。基层党组织面临着一些如组织设置、人员配备、活动开展等新的问题,亟需针对"村转居"社区探索一套更具实效的工作模式和工作方法。这对于顺应社会转型发展的要求,完善新的社区组织形式,充分发挥基层党组织作用,巩固党的执政基础意义重大。

With the development of the countryside into city,the villagers into residents,social management and organization structure have changed a lot.Primary Party organization is facing some problems,such as organization,staffing,activities and other new problems.We need to explore a more effective working mode and working method.It is of great significance to conform to the requirements of the development of social transformation,improve community organization form,give full play to the role of party organizations of basic level,and consolidate the ruling foundation of the party.
