摘要 论述了基于井筒切片技术的三维井眼轨迹软件在WPF框架和OpenGL图形库中的设计思路与实现过程。首先采用三次样条插值法模拟井筒轨迹曲线,然后构建井筒截面切片,最后依次连接各切片并对连接处做贴图渲染处理。用户可利用导入的参数绘出三维井眼轨迹图,还可利用鼠标操作实现三维图形的缩放和视角变换等功能。油气井井眼轨迹的三维可视化技术是利用随钻测量工具提供的实时井眼轨迹参数在计算机中重建井下三维模型,并以一种直观、逼真的效果呈现给钻井技术人员,摆脱了抽象和枯燥的井眼数据的束缚,为更好地解决定向井井眼轨迹设计、钻井目标定位、井眼轨迹不确定性分析和防碰撞等技术难题提供了有力支撑。经现场数据测试,软件能较为精确地反映井下状况,并且操作简便,符合钻井作业的实际需求。 The paper discussed design ideas and implementation process of three-dimensional well track software based on wellbore slicing technique in WPF frame and OpenGL graphics library.First,use cubic spline interpolation method to simulate well track curve,and then set up the wellbore section slices,finally,connect each slice and make map rendering process at the connections.The users can use derived parameters to draw three-dimensional well track plot and the mouse operation to achieve the functions of scaling and perspective transformation on three-dimensional graphics.Three-dimensional visualization technique for oil-gas well track uses real-time well track parameters provided by MWD tool to reconstruct downhole three-dimensional model in the computer,presents intuitive and realistic results to drilling technical staff,and gets rid of the trammels of the abstract and boring wellbore data.It provided a basis for better resolving directional well track design,drilling target positioning,uncertainty analysis of well track and anti-collision and other technical problems.The field testing data showed that the software can reflect the downhole conditions more accurately with simple operation and accord with the actual demands of drilling operations.
