摘要
综合录井仪电源控制系统是录井仪器用电设备的核心组成,用电设备能否安全运行事关重大。由于井场发电机供电稳定性很差,综合录井仪的电源控制系统不能实时监视电源质量运行情况,加之普通配电系统设计复杂、体积庞大、自动化程度低,能否自动切断电源及时发现电源质量下降、保护仪器用电设备的安全就显得极为重要。介绍GW-MLE综合录井仪可编程智能电源控制系统的原理组成及工作流程,经分析研究提出了PLC可编程自动控制方案。现场应用表明,该系统对综合录井仪用电设备保护功能、电源故障指示及方便维修都有了显著改善。
Comprehensive mud logging unit power control system is a core component of the electrical equipment,safely running of the electrical equipment is critical.As well site generator power quality and stability are poor,the original power control system can not real-time monitor power running situation,in addition,for the original distribution system,the design was complex,bulky and low automation level,therefore the ability is becoming extremely important,which can automatically cut off the power supply in time when power quality decreases,and protect the safety of electrical equipment.By introducing the principle,composition and workflow of the system,the author proposed PLC technique for programmable automatic control.Field application showed that the system significantly improved electrical equipment protection,power failure indication and maintenance of comprehensive mud logging unit.
