摘要
当下学术论文参考文献部分不规范现象较为严重,主要表现在:其一,引用了已发表的内容却不加标注,完全无视参考文献著录的规定;其二,对引用已发表内容虽然进行了标注,但格式混乱、要素缺乏或者错误百出;其三,抄袭他人的参考文献。这些不规范现象不仅恶化了中国学术环境,而且有可能引发各种法律纠纷。学术期刊编辑应该从两方面着手杜绝不规范现象:自身从思想上重视参考文献的地位和作用,对不规范现象实行"零容忍";在编辑实践中,根据作者群体的不同,实行不同的对待方法,双管齐下消灭不规范现象。
The serious anomie problems in bibliographies of academic papers mainly include： i~ disregarding the regulations on bibliographies of academic papers and using no annotations for the bibliographies cited; 2. using annotations for the bibliographies cited without orderly editing based on academic norms and not giving all necessary information of the bibliographies cited; 3. plagiarize the bibliographies of other papers. These problems seriously damage the academic environment of China and may result in various legal disputes. It is thus proposed in the present paper that editors of academic journals take the problems seriously and ensure zero tolerance towards bibliography anomie and adopt different strategies towards the problems based on different author groups to eliminate the problems.
