摘要
文章针对我国国情,研究了金相试样切割的技术理论,找出金相试样切割机发展面临的技术难题和技术关键,依据机电一体化的设计思想,对自动精密切剖机的整体造型、机械结构操控系统进行了分析设计,真正实现了机械与电子的结合。机械设计主要完成了对新机型主体部件和新型结构的理论探讨及设计计算,利用CAD技术进行自动绘图和参数优化,提高了系统机械部件的设计精度并缩短了设计周期:控制系统的核心采用单片机控制技术,控制简单,操作方便、安全,实现了设计的低成本和高自动化。
This paper expounded the cutting theory, indicated difficult problems and keys on its development,accord- ing to the mechatronics Principle,then analyzing and designing to the entirety,machine frame and the controlling system made the sourcc distributing effective and the machine--electricity reasonable combining.The design procedure of the late-model cutting machine iS discussed and the work.part performance is analyzed in this paper.To the machine system, CAD technology brought about auto-drawing,which improved the designing precision and efficiency.As far as the control- ling system iS concerned,automatic control to the cutting process is achieved to with the single-chip microprocessor, which meanwhile realized the low cost and high automation.
