摘要 随着交通管理系统的信息化、智能化的快速发展,对车牌的定位以及识别有了更高、更精确的要求。由于Robert算子对边缘定位比较准,在图像噪声较少的情况下,分割的结果相当不错。文章选择Robert边缘检测算子法进行边缘检测,运用区域分割法实现了车牌的分割与识别。由结果可知,系统采用Robert算子法能准确实现车牌的定位、分割和识别,具有良好的性能。 With the rapid development of the informationlize and intelligence of traffic management systems, the requirements of license location and character recognition have been higher and more precise. Robert operator is more accurate for edge positioning, the segmentation results are quite good when image noise is less. Robert edge detection operator is selected for edge detections and regional segmentation method is used to reach the segmentation and recognition of license plate. From the results, we will see that the Robert operator used in the system would achieve accurate results for location, sezmentation and identification the nlate, while ha~ ~'nnrl n^rfnrnnnnop
