家电彩涂线中三色印花机的版辊及快换机构技术改进

三色印花机在家电彩涂线中应用广泛,但版辊的左右手动调节结构及其在生产过程中,更换版辊时间过长、更换工序复杂等问题一直制约着其发展。笔者通过自己和团队研究出新的工艺结构。文章从三色印花机的生产原理,版辊与动力端的离合结构入手,详细介绍了笔者所做的机架液压式倾覆及版辊与动力端、版辊的手动调节端的结构的配套设计改进,以期与同行共同学习探讨。

Three-color decorating machine is widely used in color coating line of the household electrical appliances, however, the decorative cutting roller＇s left-right manual adjustment structure, and its long exchanging time with complex working procedure during practical production have been restricting its development. This paper, aimed to study and ex- plore with counterparts, starts with the production principle of three-color decorating machine, the on-off structure of dec- orative cutting roller and power end, introduces the devices made by author in detail such as the rack hydraulic-type tilt- ing, roller with power end, structure of roller＇s manual adjustment end, etc.
