摘要
数控机床操作培训传统上是在实际设备上进行,培训中学员的误操作经常会导致昂贵设备的损坏。随着计算机技术的发展,尤其是虚拟现实技术和理念的发展,产生了可以模拟实际设备加工环境及其工作状态的数控加工仿真软件。文章以数控加工仿真软件为研究载体,阐述了该软件在企业培训中的应用方法、效果以及存在的不足,提出了应对措施,体现了企业培训的新理念。
Numerical cmltro] machine tool operation training is traditionally conducted on actual equipment, training students in the wrong operation often can cause the damage of the expensive equipment. With the developmen| ~1" comput- er tec'hnology, especially virtual reality technology and the development of ideas, prndu('ed can simulate real condition of the equipmenl processing and its working state of the nc machining simulation software. Based on CNC machining simula- lion software for research vehicle , this paper expounds the software application in the enterprise training method,effect and existing insufficiency, proposed the improvement measures, eml^odies the new concept of enleq.n'ise training.
