摘要
职业教育突出的是职业两字,以职业技能培养为核心,是为企业培养有职业能力,符合企业用人要求的高素质的技能型人才,学校是通过各种教育、教学方式、方法、手段来达到为企业培养人才的目的。企业为了生存及发展,注重内涵建设,其管理有自己的人文特色,形成自己的文化特征,学校是学习知识、培养能力的场所,在教育的过程中,注重素质的培养,能力的学习,两者的目标应该是一致的,两者的衔接应该是无缝的,学校培养的应该是企业需要的人才,企业的需求应该是学校的目标,所以两者的文化相融,信息相通,开展具有双方共同参与的职业教育,才能更好地为企业培养有用之才。
