文化创意型旅游综合体开发理论模型研究

Study on the Theoretical Model of Cultural Creative-type Tourism Complex's Development

文化创意型旅游综合体是泛旅游时代的产物,是一种崭新的产业业态,理论上是对既往各种文化旅游开发模式的融合创新,具有多产业、多功能、多目标、综合性等显著特点。文化创意型旅游综合体开发是一项复杂、系统的综合性创新工程,需要从现象中总结运行规律,在理论创新中寻求发展模式。文章梳理了文化创意型旅游综合体的实践背景及研究现状,初步构建了以定位为核心的文化创意型旅游综合体开发ALLTICCE(八大要素)理论模型,并对理论模型进行了分析研究。理论模型的构建可为中国文化创意型旅游综合体的理性投资开发提供新的思考空间。

Cultural creative-type tourism complex,as the product of tourism age,is a brand-new industry state.In theory,it is a comprehensive creative development of various cultural tourism development models with obvious characteristics such as multi-industry,multi-function and multi-target.Its development is a complex,systemic creative project.We have to work out its running rule by the phenomenon and seek for its development model by theoretical creation.This paper not only researches on the background and present study of the cultural creative-type tourism complex but also constructs the theoretical model（ALLTICCE） of Cultural creative-type tourism complex.This construction of theoretical model can provide new thinking space for its rational investment of cultural creative-type tourism complex.
