高铁酸盐的稳定性及其对染料废水的处理 被引量:5

摘要 采用次卤(氯)酸盐氧化法制备高铁酸钾,研究了高铁酸钾溶液浓度、pH、存放温度和乙基纤维素包覆对高铁酸钾稳定性的影响,考察了高铁酸钾对染料废水的净化能力。结果表明,降低高铁酸钾溶液浓度和温度,提高其pH以及包覆能显著抑制高铁酸钾的分解。金属离子杂质,如Zn2+、Mg2+、Fe3+、Al 3+、Cu2+等均对FeO42-起一定的催化分解作用。采用乙基纤维素包覆高铁酸钾不仅能提高高铁酸钾的稳定性,且同时缓释效果明显。染料模拟废水的净化测试表明,包覆型高铁酸钾能够实现染料废水的脱色,且具长效性。 Ferrate was made by hypoch stability of ferrate were studied includ orite oxidation. Some factors possibly influenced on the ng potassium ferrate concentration, pH, temperature of storage, and the coating of ethyl-cellulose. The ability of ferrate prepared to treat dye wastewater was also examined. The results showed that the decomposition of ferrate has been inhibited significantly by reducing the potassium ferrate concentration and temperature, and increasing the pH and coating extent. These metal ions existing in the system such as zinc, magnesium, ferric, aluminum and copper ion have catalytic effect on the decomposition of Fe. The coating of ethyl-cellulose could improve the stability of ferrate and enhance the slow-release effect obviously. The purification of dye simulated wastewater show the ferrate with ethyl-cellulose coating has significant ability of deeolorization and furthermore has long-term effect.
