摘要
通过回顾分析本院科8例患者职业暴露的原因,提出防护措施探讨HIV(+)/AIDS合并活动性肺结核护理工作中的职业防治,提高医务人员的自我防护能力。实施标准预防,规范诊疗护理操作程序,是提高医务人员自身防护意识,减少职业暴露的重要举措。
Through retrospectively analyze the reason for occupational exposure in 8 cases of patinets, the occupational protection measures of HIV （＋） / AIDS combined with active tuberculosis nursing was proposed to improve the self-defense capability of the medical staff. To implement the standard precautions and standardize medical care procedures is an important measure to improve the self-protection awareness of the medical staff and decrease the occupational exposure.
