我国现行节假日制度研究

A Study on China’s Current Holiday System

节假日是国家的一项严肃而重要的制度安排,它反映了一个国家、一个民族的文化传统、政治生态和精神特质,直接影响着私人的生活方式。我国现行节假日制度是新中国建立以来经过长期发展演变而建立起来的。近年来,随着我国政治、经济和社会的发展,人们对节假日提出了一些新的要求,原有节假日制度中的一些问题也显现出来。因此,建立符合我国国情和社会发展实际需要、体现对公民休息权的保障、设定结构合理的节假日制度已经成为我国现时代一项重要课题。

Holiday arrangement is a formal and vital system arrangement, which reflects the cultural tradition, political condition and ethos of a state. It influences the personal life style. The current holiday system has founded after a long evolution since 1949. In recent years, along with the development of the politics, economy and society, people have new requirements for their holidays and thus the original holiday system needs improvement. It has already become a necessary subject to establish a more feasible holiday system with a reasonable structure which conforms to national conditions and social development needs as well as guarantees citizens＇ con- stitutional right to rest.
