雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎的免疫机制及临床疗效

The immune mechanism and the clinical curative effect of tripterygium wilfordii medicinal liquor treatment in rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨口服雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的免疫机制及临床疗效。方法 97例RA患者采用雷公藤药酒治疗,每次口服雷公藤药酒5 mL,2次.d-1,治疗半年后评价临床疗效。结果治疗半年后关节疼痛数(t=23.059)、肿胀数(t=22.745)、压痛数(t=17.134)、20 m行走时间(t=26.717)、晨僵(t=24.191),IgA(t=4.052)、IgG(t=21.424)、IgM(t=3.548)、类风湿因子(t=6.048)、血沉(t=6.550)、C-反应蛋白(t=2.233)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤药酒可缓解RA临床症状,血清免疫学指标有所改变,从而对类风湿关节炎患者可能产生保护机制。

Objective To Investigate the effect of oral Tripterygium tincture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and to study the immune mechanism.Methods 97 RA patients treated with Tripterygium tincture were analyzed.There were 22 males and 67 females patients,aged 18-55 years old,average（43.22 ± 9.50） years;disease history was 1-20 years duration,average（3.98 ± 2.44） years.Every time the thunder god vine tinctures five ml,two times a day,after half a year,treatment and curative effect evaluation research of the immune system.Results Six months after treatment number（t = 23.059）,joint pain,swelling number（t = 22.745）,tenderness（t = 17.134）,20 m,deadlocked of morning of walking time（t = 26.717）,（t = 24.191）;IgA（t = 4.052） IgG（t = 21.424）,IgM（t = 3.548）,rheumatoid factor（t = 6.048）,blood sedimentation（t = 6.550）,C-reactive protein（t = 2.233） was lower（P 0.05）.Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii medicinal liquor can relieve RA symptoms,improve serum immunological indexes.Thus may produce protective mechanisms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
