上海社区中老年男性生殖健康现状调查

An investigation of reproductive health status in old and middle- aged males in Shanghai Pudong community

目的了解上海社区40-70岁中老年男性的生殖健康状况。方法按照整群及年龄分层、随机抽样的流行病学调查方法，自2009年11月至2010年6月在上海市浦东新区9个居委会抽取了40-70岁的中老年男性共1000例进行常规体检，测量其身高、体质量、腰围、血压，采用老年男子症状问卷（AMS）、国际前列腺症状（IPSS）评分表及国际勃起功能指数-5（IIEF-5）表等进行调查。实验室检测空腹血糖、血脂，化学发光法测定血清睾酮水平。结果有效调查问卷987例。身体质量指数（BMI）≥23kg/m2者占72.34%；高血压者占47.01%；AMS量表异常者占57.55%；IPSS异常者占76.39%；IIEF-5异常者占78.22%；空腹血糖≥6.1mmol/L者占16.01%；甘油三酯≥1.70mmol/L者占33.43%；代谢综合征（MS）的患病率为25.63%，总睾酮（TT）（14.75±5.59）nmol/L，游离睾酮（28.84±12.43）pmol/L。结论上海社区中老年男性生殖健康状况不容乐观，应予以高度关注。

Objective To investigate the status of male reproductive health between 40 and 70 years old in Shanghai community. Methods Using epidemiological approach, 1,000 cases of old and middle-aged males were enrolled at random among general populations during Nov. 2009 to June 2010. All of them received physical examinationssuch as laboratory tests of fasting blood-glucose （FBG）, cholesterols and serum testosterone. They also received questionnaire inquiries including the Aging Male Symptoms（AMS）, the International Prostate Symptom Score（IPSS） and the International Index of Erectile Function（ IIEF-5）. Results Total of 987 cases were completed and used for analysis, males with BMI≥23kg/m2 accounted for 72.34%, hypertension 47.01%, abnormal AMS 57.55%, abnormal IPSS 76.39%, abnormal IIEF-5 78.22%, FBG≥6.1mmol/L 16.01%, serum triglycerides（TG）≥1.70mmol/L 33.43%. Ocurrence of metabolic syndrome（MS） was 25.63%, the level of testosterone was （14.75±5.59）nmol/L, and the level of free testosterone was （28.84±12.43）pmol/L. Conclusion Reproductive health status of old and middle-aged males in Shanghai were serious, which drawed public attention highly.
