睾丸下降不良并发萎缩之部位的统计分析

Statistical analysis of the location of congenital atrophy testis

目的总结睾丸下降不良并发萎缩的具体部位。方法通过检索1997年至2012年PubMed、EMBASE、Ovid、Web of Science及万方数据库，查找到8篇不能触及的隐睾的相关文献作为研究对象，统计分析先天性萎缩睾丸的发生部位。结果检索的8篇文献中，有208例患儿共210侧萎缩隐睾，其中腹腔内29侧，腹腔外181侧。结论萎缩隐睾绝大部分位于腹腔外。

Objective To summarize the occurrence sites of congenital atrophy testis. Methods The articles published in PubMed, EMBASE, Ovid, the Web of Science and Wanfang databases on the data from 1997 to 2012 were screened, and 8 related articles as the object of our study were found. The occurrence sites of the congenital atrophy of the testicles were statistically analyzed. Results Sum of 210 sides shrinking testicles in 208 patients were found in the 8 articles, among of which 29 sides in abdominal cavity and 181 sides out of abdominal cavity. Conclusion Congenital atrophy of the testis occurs mainly out of abdominal cavity.
