养阴活血祛风法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症36例

Therapeutic Efficacy of Yin-Nourishing,Blood-Activating,and Pathogenic Wind Dispelling Therapy in Treatment of Diabetic Pruritus:A Report of 36 Cases

目的观察养阴活血祛风法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法将69例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例,对照组33例。两组患者在使用降糖药的同时,治疗组予以养阴活血祛风中药口服,对照组采用西替利嗪片口服,观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后单个症状、体征的改善情况,并观察两组的药物不良反应。结果治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在降低症状、体征总积分及降低瘙痒面积、瘙痒持续时间、干燥、鳞屑、抓痕血痂积分方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论养阴活血祛风法能有效治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症,具有较好的安全性。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of yin-nourishing, blood activating, and patho genic wind dispelling therapy in the treatment of diabetic pruritus. Methods Sixty-nine patients with diabetic pruritus were randomly divided into treatment group （n=36） and control group （n=33）. The treatment group received antidiabetic drugs plus oral yin-nourishing, blood-activating, and pathogenic wind-dis- pelling therapy, while the control group received antidiabetic drugs plus oral cetirizine tablets. The therapeutic effects, improvements in symptoms and signs, and adverse events were observed. Results The treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly decreased total scores of symptoms and signs as well as significantly decreased scores of itching area, itch duration, xerosis, scale, and scratches/scabs （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. No adverse events were seen in either group. Conclusion Yin-nourishing, blood activating, and pathogenic wind-dispelling therapy has good therapeutic efficacy and high safety in the treatment of diabetic pruritus.
