摘要
当前，新一代信息技术已经渗透到经济社会的每一个角落，正加速与经济、社会、民生、公共服务等各领域的业务融合，加快向传统产业、现代制造业和现代服务业等领域渗透，有力推动了行业间的融合渗透，催生了一批战略性新兴产业、一批面向生产的信息服务业的创新发展。
