一种低品位硫化矿生物柱浸的研究

摘要 文章利用混合菌对低品位硫化矿进行生物柱浸研究,分析各因素对浸出的影响。并利用实时荧光定量PCR(real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)技术检测浸矿菌群落结构的变化。结果表明:在浸出前10d,浸出速率较快,浸出10d后钝化严重,浸出缓慢,最终浸出率为33.67%。Eh、Fe2+和浸矿菌均能明显促进Cu的浸出;浸矿菌在浸出的前14d迅速增值,A.ferrooxidans为优势菌,之后浸矿菌的生长受到限制,A.thiooxidans取代了A.
