分子生态学是分子生物学实验技术应用于生态学研究而产生的一门新兴学科,它的产生为微生物生态学研究提供了一个新的研究方法,开拓了新的研究领域,在研究微生物生态系统结构、功能的分子机理以及微生物与非生物环境之间相互关系等方面显示了巨大的潜力,推动了微生物生态学进入一个新的发展时期。本文就分子生态学的概念以及在微生物生态研究总所用的主要技术方法进行了简要综述。

The molecular ecology is the interdisciplinary field between molecular techniques and ecology. It provides a new research method to the microbial ecology study, and shows enormous potentiality in study on the microbial ecosystem structure, molecule mechanism and the relation between microorganism and abiological environment. The molecular ecology has made the great breakthrough in such a lot of respects as mbrobial diversity, genus identification and the relation between microorganism and environment, etc, has promoted microbial ecology to enter a new developing period.
