文章在公共图书馆免费开放的前提下,强调公共图书馆的公益性与文化性相结合。在公共图书馆第三空间定位的基础之上,提出建设公共图书馆的"宅文化"。

This articl stressed that the public library should combine the public welfare and cultural under the backgroud of pubilc library free and open to the premise.The construction of otaku culture of public library were put up based on the positioning of the third space of public library.
