Efficacy of comprehensive treatment on flat wart

目的综合疗法治疗扁平疣疗效观察。方法将临床诊断为扁平疣的60例患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组:卡介菌多糖核酸联合中药内服和外部熏洗,对照组卡介菌多糖核酸肌注和外用乳膏,2周为一个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为40%,差异有统计学意义P<0.01。结论综合疗法治疗扁平疣疗效观察治疗扁平疣疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of comprehensive treatment on the flat wart.Methods The clinical diagnosis of the flat wart 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients in each treatment group： BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid joint Chinese Herbs and external Fumigation;control group was treated with acyclovir,BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid and topical creams,two weeks for a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of 96.7% and 70% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusions Comprehensive therapy treatment on the flat wart has a significant effect.
