糖调节受损患者血清铁蛋白的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过分析糖调节受损患者血清铁蛋白(SF)探讨血清铁蛋白与糖调节受损患者的关系。方法选择60例糖调节受损患者(空腹血糖FPG 6.1~7.0 mmol/L,OGTT 2 hPG 7.8~11.1 mmol/L)进行空腹血清铁蛋白的测定,同时检测50例健康正常者(空腹血糖在6.1 mmol/L以下,OGTT 7.8 mmol/L以下)血清铁蛋白的含量,两组进行统计学t检验对比分析。结果糖调节受损患者组SF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖调节受损患者SF升高,SF可能参与了T2DM的发生、发展。检测SF为临床预防和早期发现2型糖尿病提供防治方案和帮助,有效预防糖尿病的发生。
