摘要
目的探讨实施人性化护理服务和临终关怀对老年癌症患者生活质量的影响。方法将2011年9月至2012年9月我科收治的78例老年癌症晚期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,对照组给予常规的治疗和护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予人性化护理服务和临终关怀,并通过健康状况调查表(SF-36)对比两组患者护理前后的生活质量。结果护理干预前,两组患者的生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分别采用护理措施后,观察组患者的生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务和临终关怀可有效改善老年癌症晚期患者的生活质量,改善患者的不良情绪。
Objective To discuss the effect of humanized nursing and hospice care on the quality of life of elderly patients with cancer.Methods 78 elderly patients with cancer were selected in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group,the patients in the control group was given conventional treatment and care,while the observation group were given the humane care and hospice care based on the nursing in the control group,and the quality of life of both groups were compared before and after nursing by using health Questionnaire（SF-36）.Results The quality of life of both groups showed no significant difference before nursing（P0.05）,after received the different nursing style,the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions The humane care service and hospice care can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer,and can improve the negative emotions.
