摘要
主要介绍了2极大功率自润滑管道泵用高压隔爆型三相异步电动机研制所要解决的关键性问题,主要包括大功率电机温升控制、2极大功率轴承自润滑实现、振动与噪声控制。针对以上问题采取优化电磁计算、改进风路结构、选用新型轴承结构、提高工艺保证措施、加强结构强度等措施,对关键结构件进行有限元分析、噪声频谱分析、有针对性的消音结构等。
It gives a introduction of the key problems in design of high - voltage flame - proof three - phase asynchronous motor for two - pole high - power self - lubricating piping pumps, such as temperature control, achievement of two - pole self - lubricating, control of vibration and noise. The solution for the previous problems are: optimizing the electromagnetic caculation, improving the airway structure, selecting bearings of new structure, improving the processing control, strentbening the structure, adopting finite element analysis, noise spectrum analysis and taking effective noise -eliminating measures.
