摘要
针对基层医疗机构卫生服务技术水平和服务能力相对较低的现状,论述了基层卫生适宜技术示范基地建设的重要性,并介绍了糖尿病基层卫生适宜技术示范基地建设的经验以及取得的成效,为今后开展卫生适宜技术推广工作提供有益的借鉴。
In consideration of current situation that medical technology and service capability in basic medical institu- tions being still in a relatively low lever, the paper has emphasized the significance of demonstration bases construction of proper health techniques, introduced the experiences and effects of demonstration bases construction of proper dia- betes techniques, and offered a beneficial reference of popularization and application of proper health techniques in fu- ture.
