摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT增强扫描及图像后处理技术在肺隔离症诊断、治疗中的作用。材料与方法:回顾性分析2008-2013年间本院收治经螺旋CT扫描及三维重建技术检查的肺隔离症患者5例,全部病例均经手术、病理证实。结果:所有病例螺旋CT增强扫描和三维重建图像均明确地显示了体动脉异常分支供血病变区,三维重建图像立体呈现异常血管的起源、走行及与病变区、主动脉的空间关系。结论:多层螺旋CT的断面和图像后处理技术在肺隔离症诊断、治疗中,提供了极为重要的指导作用,基本可取代血管造影。
Purpose: To evaluate the multi-slice spiral computed with enhanced scanning and image postprocessing technique in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestion. Materials and Methods: From 2003-2005, 5 cases of pulmonary seques- tration wered analyzed, which wered comfirmed by surgery and pathology, Both enhanced CT scanning and postprocessing wered performed. Results: Of 5 cases, anomalous systemic arteries wered displayed on the multi-slice spiral computed enhanced scanning and the images postproeessing technique. 3D images could clearly show the origin, track and spatial ralationship of ab- normal vessels. Conclusion: multi-slice Spiral CT with enhanced scanning and image postprocessing technique plays a signifi- cant role in the diagnosis and treatment of Pulmonary sequestration, it may replace the conventional angiography.
