摘要
目的:应用M型超声心动图检查测量冠状动脉左、右支顺应性参数,研究年龄对冠状动脉顺应性的影响。材料与方法:74例无高血压及冠心病史的健康者,按年龄分成3组,分别测定冠状动脉左、右支主干的搏动幅度(ΔD)和顺应分数(α)。结果:随年龄增长,冠状动脉顺应性减低。同年龄组冠状动脉左、右支之间顺应性无明显差异。结论:超声检查能够可靠观测冠状动脉的顺应性,年龄是影响冠状动脉顺应性的重要因素。
Purpose： To observe the compliance of the left and right coronary by M-mode echocardiography, and to investigate the influence of age. Materials and Methods： 74 persons without history of hypertension and heart disease in healthy volunteers, which divided into 3 groups by age. The amplitude （A D） and compliance fraction（a） of the left and right coronary were measured with echoeardiography. Results： The results showed that amplitude （A D） and compliance fraction （a） of the left and right coronary decreased with the growth of age. There is no difference between the left coronary and the right coronary with the measurements of compliance in the same age group. Conclusion： Echocardiography is a effective method for observation of coronary~ compliance. The compliance of coronary is affected by age.
