摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT在结肠癌的表现及临床价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析30例经手术病理证实的结肠癌的CT表现及手术病理资料。结果:发生部位:升结肠癌10例,降结肠癌6例,乙状结肠癌14例;组织类型:腺癌26例,黏液腺癌3例,乳头状腺癌1例。CT表现为病变肠管增厚,腔内肿块,肠腔狭窄及其浆膜面毛糙,病变侵犯邻近器官,淋巴结肿大及远处转移。结论:螺旋CT检查对结肠癌诊断和分期具有一定的价值。
Purpose： To investigate the characteristics of spiral CT and evaluate its diagnostic value in colon cancer. Materials and Methods： CT characteristics of 30 colon cancer cases proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The positions of the cancer： 10 cases were in ascending colon, 6 in descending colon, 14 in sigmoidco- lon. Histological types： 26 cases were of adenocarcinoma, 3 of mucinous adenocarcinoma, 1 of papillary carcinoma. CT could demonstrate the wall thickening of tumor intestine, the mass projecting into lumen, narrowing of the lunen and coarse surface of serosa, and could also show adjacent organ involvement, lymph node adenopathy and long distance metastasis. Conclusion： The preoperative spiral CT study is very useful in the diagnosis and staging of colon cancer, as well as in deter- mining its surgical eligibility and its prognosis.
