胰腺囊性癌的影像诊断

胰腺囊腺癌是一种少见的低度恶性肿瘤,仅占胰腺原发恶性肿瘤的1%。临床诊断困难大。本文报道5例经手术和病理证实病例,B超和CT扫描检查均发现胰腺体尾部呈多房、分隔、且在不规则囊壁上可见乳头状结节影凸入囊腔内的改变。另外讨论胰腺囊腺癌的鉴别诊断。
