随着我国工业化和城市化快速发展,大批的农村劳动力进城就业,形成了农民工阶层,他们和城市原有居民在身份、就业、收入、公民权利、社会保障、消费水平和价值观念等方面差异明显,由此形成了城市二元结构问题。城市二元结构必将对我国经济可持续发展和社会的和谐产生深远的影响。应加强对城市二元结构问题的研究,积极探索解决问题之道。

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,a large number of rural labor force come to work in the city,thus forming the group of rural migrant workers.They are obviously different from urban residents in terms of identity,employment,income,civil rights,social security,consumption level and values,which leads to the problems of the urban dual structure that will surely have far-reaching impact on the sustainable economic development and the construction of a harmonious society in China.The study of the urban dual-structure in China deserves more attention.
