摘要
目的探讨骨诱导活性材料对自体腘绳肌腱重建前交叉韧带(ACL)后腱-骨愈合的影响。方法选取健康成年新西兰大白兔45只,其中40只分成两组,每组20只,实验组(A组)的骨隧道的腱-骨间隙充填骨诱导活性材料,对照组(B组)不加入活性材料,于设定的不同节点分别观察两组移植肌腱及自体ACL的大体组织学形态、生物力学性能,分析比较。结果在术后4,8,12周,实验组软骨细胞、纤维的长入时间明显较对照组缩短,腱-骨愈合较对照组明显加快,愈合良好,在每个观察点实验组的平均抗拉力载荷均明显高于对照组,移植韧带的大体外观及光泽、弹性恢复良好。结论 ACL重建中在腱-骨间隙充填骨诱导活性材料可以在一定程度上促进止点的愈合。
Objective To investigate the relationship BMP influencing on insertion turnover with hamstring tendons in ACL reconstitution.Methods 45 New Zealand rabbits were selected,40 were randomly divided into 2 groups: Group A,the interval of the tendon-bone add bone morphorgenetic protein,while Group B,the interval of the tendon-bone not add bone morphorgenetic protein.On the different time,to observe the pathological mechanism change and the biomechanics test,also to observe the transplanting tendon luster and flexible.Results On 4,8,12 weeks of postoperative,in Group A,cartilage and fiber grow quickly than those of Group B,tendon and bone coalescence speeded up,the tensile strength load of group A was obviously more than that of Group B,and the transplanting tendon luster and flexible of Group A recovered better than that of Group B.Conclusion The adding of the bone morphorgenetic protein in ACL reconstitution may promote the tendon healing in the bone tunnel.
