皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部创伤性软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 27例足踝部创伤性软组织缺损患者采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣的方法进行修复。术后随访6~12个月,观察患者足踝生理功能及腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣供区的恢复情况。结果经腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复后,27例移植皮瓣均完全成活,所有患者均获得痊愈,有2例皮瓣远端边缘出现少许坏死,经对症治疗后痊愈。术后随访时间为6~12个月,皮瓣外观颜色稍深,足踝生理功能恢复良好,行走状态正常,感觉部分恢复,供区皮肤愈合好,对功能未造成严重影响。结论腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部创伤性软组织缺损疗效显著,操作简单,存活率高,外形良好,是一种理想的手术治疗方法。
