阜阳市社区医护人员全科医学培训现状调查

An Investigation of General Practice Training of Community Medical Professionals in Fuyang City

目的了解阜阳市社区医护人员全科医学培训现状及存在的问题。方法采用自填式问卷调查社区医护人员接受全科医学培训的频次、层次和效果,培训中的问题和影响依从性的因素等,共调查了204人。结果在过去3年里,49.5%的人接受了1～2次全科医学培训,19.6%的人接受3次以上的培训,30.9%的人没有接受过培训。接受过培训的141人中,反映自身知识和业务水平有很大提高的占40.4%,工作方式和理念有很大转变占61.0%,其中公共卫生医生的反映最好。调查对象对目前培训工作中存在的问题反映最多的是缺乏实习环节或实习安排不合理,而工作时间上的冲突是影响参加培训依从性的最主要因素。结论全科医学培训还应扩大人员覆盖面,强化实习环节,并合理安排培训时间。

Objective To investigate the general practice training status and existing problem of community medical professionals in Fuyang city.Methods The self-administered questionnaire was carried out.The questionnaire included frequency,level,effect and problems of the general practice and the factors that affected compliance.A total of 204 professionals were investigated.Results In the past 3 years,49.5% of professionals received 1-2 times of training,19.6% people received more than 3 times of training,30.9% received no training.The trained people reflected themselves had greatly improved in knowledge and ability accounted for 40.4%,and had greatly changed in mode and idea of work accounted for 61.0%.Relative to clinicians and community nurses,the evaluation of public health doctors was the best.The lack of practice or unreasonable arrangement was the most important problem of the training,and the conflict of work time was the main influence factor in training.Conclusion The training of general practice should expand the scope,enhance the operation and arrange reasonable training time.
