护理干预在大肠癌术后的应用效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Intervention on Cancer of Colon Postoperation

目的探讨大肠癌患者术后的护理干预方法及其效果。方法回顾性分析绵阳市人民医院102例大肠癌术后患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组50例,实验组52例。对照组术后给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组的平均住院天数和住院费用明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的健康知识掌握情况、生命质量评分以及患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对大肠癌术后患者实施综合的护理干预,不仅可以减少医疗费用和术后并发症的发生,而且还可以提高其生活质量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the methods of nursing intervention and nursing effect of patients of cancer of colon postoperation.Methods Retrospective analysis of 102 patients of cancer of colon in our hospital was conducted,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in control group,and 52 cases in experimental group.Control group was given routine nursing,and experimental group was given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention.Nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The average days and cost in hospital were obviously less than those of control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）;the incidence of postoperative complications of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The situation of health knowledge,the degree of satisfaction of patients situation,and the score of life quality of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To patients with cancer of color,through the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,we can not only reduce the cost and the incidence of postoperative complications,but also improve the quality of life,it was worth in clinical application promotion.
