白血病化疗后感染护理干预效果的研究

Impact Study of Nursing Interventions on Infection Control and Quality of Life after Leukemia Chemotherapy

目的探讨护理干预观察白血病化疗后患者合并感染的控制及生活质量的影响。方法选择安徽医科大学第一附属医院2011年1月-2012年1月收治的白血病患者80例,分成两组,分别给予常规护理和心理干预,观察治疗后白血病化疗后感染患者治愈的发生率,并比较患者心理状态的变化及生活质量变化。结果全部患者经化疗后均发生不同程度的骨髓抑制,经对症治疗和护理干预后,干预组治疗后显效共35例,对照组显效共24例,干预组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组患者心理状态均有不同程度的改善,干预组心理状态改善效果明显优于常规护理组。结论护理干预可有效治疗白血病化疗后感染,有利于感染的控制、有效改善焦虑等不良心理状态及提高生活质量,保证化疗顺利进行,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the nursing invention on control of infection and quality of life in patients with leukemia after chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with leukemia admitted to our hospital in January 2011-2012 in January,were divided into two groups： routine care and psychological intervention,the incidence of patients cured after treatment was observed,mental status changes and life mass change were recorded and compared.Results Varying degrees of bone marrow suppression occurred in all patients after chemotherapy,after symptomatic treatment and care interventions,the 35 cases in intervention group and only 24 patients in control group were cured,the improvement of the patient’s mental state varied in degree,the cure is better than the usual care group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve leukemia after chemotherapy,infection control,psychological status,quality of life,and ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy,it should be widely applied.
