护理干预对高血压患者自我管理能力影响的研究 被引量:14

The Impact of Nursing Interventions for Hypertensive Patients about Self-management Capabilities and Complications

摘要 目的探讨健康教育护理干预对原发性高血压患者的影响。方法选择济宁医学院附属医院原发性高血压住院患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用同样的降压治疗。在降压治疗基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予健康教育护理干预。其中健康教育干预4周。对患者干预前后进行血压测量,自我管理能力评价与并发症的观察。结果观察组干预后收缩压和舒张压分别与对照组干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的自我管理能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为15.00%,显著低于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理干预能够显著改善患者的生活质量,有助于高血压患者血压控制,减少并发症。 Objective To investigate the impact of the nursing intervention of health education on patients with essential hypertension.Methods 120 hospitalized patients to our hospital with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,both groups were used the same antihypertensive therapy.On the basis of antihypertensive therapy,the control group received conventional care,observation group were given health education nursing care on the basis of the control group intervention.The health education intervention was given for 4 weeks.Before and after the intervention,blood pressure was measured self-management skills and complications were observed.Results After the intervention,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were respectively compared with the control group after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);Self-management skills of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).The complication rate of patients in the observation group was 15%,which was significantly lower than 36.67% of control group,there was a statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Health education nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient’s quality of life,and contribute to blood pressure control and reduce complications.
