透明贴治疗皮下注射垂体后叶素致淤斑和硬结的效果观察

Clinical Effect of Kanghuier Transparent Dressing in Treatment of Ecchymosis,Scleroma Resulted by Subcutaneous Injection Pituitrin

目的探讨康惠尔透明贴用于治疗皮下注射垂体后叶素致皮下淤斑、硬结的效果。方法将67例皮下注射垂体后叶素致皮下淤斑、硬结的垂体腺瘤术后患者随机分为两组,实验组(35例)和对照组(32例),实验组先用生理盐水清洗患处皮肤待干燥,然后根据患处皮肤面积,选择大小合适的康惠尔透明贴外敷,要保证良好的粘附并根据是否皱折及膜内胶体渗出情况给予更换,一般每3～5 d更换1次;对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿热敷处理,每次1 h,3次/d。治疗10 d后观察两组的疗效。结果实验组临床治愈率40.0%,总有效率94.3%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康惠尔透明贴用于治疗皮下注射垂体后叶素致皮下淤斑、硬结,可以有效缓解局部疼痛,促进皮下淤斑、硬结的吸收和消散,且安全、经济、可靠,减轻护理工作量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kanghuier Transparent Dressing in Treatment of Subcutaneous injection Pituitrin result in Ecchymosis,Scleroma.Methods The sixty-seven patients,who suffered from Ecchymosis and Scleroma in Subcutaneous injection Pituitrin,were randomly divided into two groups： control group（35 cases） and test group（32 cases）.The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate wet dressing and the test group were treated with Kanghuier Transparent Dressing,after ten days,the clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical cure rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 94.3% in test group,compared with the control group,the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Kanghuier Transparent Dressing in Treatment of Subcutaneous injection Pituitrin result in Ecchymosis,Scleroma,can relieve effectively the pain of patients and promote the dissipation of Ecchymosis,Scleroma.The treatment method was safe,economic,and reliable,and can alleviate the nursing workload.
