摘要
基于城市洪水的特点,提出了简化的城市排水模型,并与SCS水文模型和二维浅水动力模型相耦合,建立了城市洪水风险分析模型。该模型能够模拟城市外洪、内涝或二者的组合,并以蚌埠市为例,开展示范研究,计算结果与实际情况相符,证明了模型的适用性。
Based on urban flood characteristics, a simplified urban drainage model is put forward herein, which is coupled with SCS hydrologic model and 2-D shallow-water hydrodynamic model, and then an urban flood risk analysis model is established. The model can simulate urban flood from outside, internal waterlogging or their combination, while its applicability is demonstrated by taking Bengbu City as the case to make a pilot study, from which the calculation result coincides with the actual condition concerned.
