全科医生强化临床技能的转岗培训方案初步评价研究 被引量:7

Preliminary Evaluation and Research on Strengthening Clinical Skill Training of General Practitioners by Job-transfer Training Plan

摘要 目的在全科医生转岗培训中增加临床技能强化培训内容,探索通过改进培训方案,以提高培训质量。方法以重庆市全科医学教育中心承办的2012年全科医生转岗培训第2、第3期为案例,通过培训方案"理论培训1个月、临床实训10个月、社区实训1个月"改变为"理论培训1个月、强化临床技能培训1个月、临床实训9个月、社区实训1个月",强调对学员临床诊疗基本技能的培训。采用问卷调查、小组访谈、技能考试等初步评价培训效果。结果通过实施该方案,参与培训学员的临床技能有明显提高,同时在学习兴趣、学习主动性、学习自信心等方面也有不同程度的提高。结论临床技能强化培训的全科医生转岗培训方案有助于更好地为社区培养合格的全科医生。 Objective To improve the training program and enhance the training quality,we strengthened the content of clini- cal skills training of general practitioners by job-transfer training plan. Methods The second and third training courses undertak- en by Chongqing General Practice Education Center in 2012 were enrolled as an example. The original program was: theory train- ing 1 month, clinical practice 10 months, community practice 1 month; the modified program was: theory training 1 month, strengthening basic clinical skills training 1 month, clinical practice 9 months, community practice 1 month. The questionnaire sur- vey, group interviews and skill tests were adopt to evaluate the preliminary effect. Results By using the modified training plan, the clinical skills of students were significantly enhanced;while the study interest, initiative and learning self-confidence were also improved. Conclusion General practitioner job-transfer training program for strengthening clinical skills can promote the training of qualified general practitioners.
