快速康复外科在骨科围手术期护理中的应用

Application of Fast Track Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Orthopedics Patients

目的探讨快速康复外科在骨科围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2010年6月-2012年6月于骨科进行手术治疗的84例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组42例和观察组42例,对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组则以快速康复外科理念为指导进行护理干预,后将两组患者的住院时间、并发症发生率、患者满意度及护理前后的治疗依从性及自我效能感进行比较。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,总满意率高于对照组,而护理后的治疗依从性及自我效能感均优于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论快速康复外科在骨科围手术期护理中的应用效果较佳,可有效促进患者的康复及改善患者的治疗信心。

Objective To study the application effect of fast track surgery in the nursing of patients in department of orthope- dics during the perioperative period. Methods Total 84 patients in department of orthopedics who were treated with surgery from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group（42 cases） and observation group（42 cases）. The control group was intervened with routine nursing, the observation group was intervened with nursing guided by fast track surgery idea, and then the hospitalization time, incidence of complications, satisfaction degree, treatment compliance, and self-efficacy of two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, total satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group, treatment compliance and self-efficacy were better than those of control group, P 〈 0.05, there were significant differences. Conclusion The application effect of fast track surgery in the nursing of patients in department of orthopedics during the perioperative period is better, and it can effectively promote the rehabilitation and improve the treatment faith.
