Clinical Application of High Quality Nursing Service in Obstetrics

目的学习领会"优质护理服务示范工程"精神,探讨优质护理服务在产科临床工作中的应用。方法把优质护理服务应用于2011年8月20日-2012年12月20日来蚌医附院住院的2538例孕产妇,并比较开展优质护理服务前后孕产妇对护理服务的满意度及产科基础护理的合格率。结果开展优质护理服务以来,产科基础护理的合格率由原来的83%提升到95%,患者满意度由原来的88%提升到97%,剖宫产率由原来的60%下降至50%。结论开展优质护理服务使责任制护理充分地实现了从理念到行动的本质转变。护士工作由管"事"转变为管"人",孕产妇的身心都得到良好的康复,为融洽护患关系奠定了坚实的基础。

Objective To grasp the spirit of ＂high quality nursing service demonstration project＂, and to investigate the clini- cal application of the high quality nursing service in obstetrics. Methods From 21 August 2011 to 20 December 2012, high qual- ity nursing service was applied in my hospital ,2538 cases of maternal were enrolled, and provide high quality nursing service com- parison before and after the maternal to nursing service satisfaction and maternity basic nursing the percent of pass. Results Since the high quality nursing service,the percent of pass of maternity basic nursing raised from 83 % to 95 %, and improve pa- tient satisfaction from 88% to 97% ,and cesarean section rate from 60% to 50%. Conclusion The high quality nursing service make responsibility system nursing fully realize from idea to change the nature of action. The nurse work was changed from ＂things＂ to ＂people＂, the maternal body and mind had good rehabilitation, which laid a solid foundation for harmonious relation- ship of nurse-patient.
