摘要 主要研究离心压缩机组轴系扭转振动分析与应用,包括稳态和瞬态扭振分析以及工程案例。轴系稳态扭振分析涵盖扭转特征值问题、Campbell图、基于模态叠加法的扭转共振分析方法及扭应力计算校核方法等内容。瞬态扭振分析包括电动机驱动机组的瞬态扭转激励、瞬态响应分析方法及结果校核方法等内容。本文还着重介绍了变频电机驱动机组的整数阶线性谐波与非线性间谐波激励,以及相关的扭振分析技术。 This paper has mainly studied the analysis and application of torsional vibration for centrifugal compressor trains,including static and transient torsional analysis and engineering case.The static torsional analysis comprises torsional eigenvalue problem,Campbell diagram,torsional resonance analysis method based on modal superposition method,and calculation and evaluation method for torsional stress,etc.The transient torsional analysis includes transient torsional excitations of electric motor driven units,analysis and evaluation for transient response.Emphasis is put on the linear integer harmonic and nonlinear interharmonic excitations of VFD driven units,as well as the subsequent analytical approaches.
