摘要
为保证吸收塔的吸收效果,进而保证产品质量,分析了影响吸收效果的因素,找出了进入吸收塔的压缩富气温度是主要影响因素,提出应将空冷器电机改装为变频电机,可控制进入吸收塔压缩富气的温度,既节能,又方便操作。
To guarantee the absorption effect of absorber and the product quality,the factors influencing the absorption effect are analyzed.The temperature of rich gas into the absorber is found to be the key reason.Thus,refitting the motor of air-cooler to variable-frequency motor is proposed,which can control the temperature of rich gas into the absorber.It is convenient and energy-saving.
