摘要
以陆丰13-1油田为例,介绍了高真空原油闪蒸系统在海上吊装、平台组装、现场调试等阶段的工序和技术要点,并针对现场存在的问题进行了分析和优化。经油田闪蒸系统闪蒸后的油样闭口闪点值从36℃左右提高到71℃,已满足船级社对原油闪点的规范要求。为今后类似项目提供借鉴和指导。
Refer to LF13-1 oil field,this article introduces the working procedures and technical key points of lifting offshore,assemble on platform,commissioning on site,analysis and optimize the existent issues.Through the high vacuum oil flash equipment,the closed cup flash point of crude oil sample had been increased from 36 centigrade to 71 centigrade,it had meet the ship classification requirements of crude oil flash point,and provide reference and guidance for later similar projects.
