摘要
高校社团管理系统旨在通过信息化手段提高社团管理效率,拓展社团活动空间,其内容涵盖社团发起人申请成立社团、社团管理部门批准成立社团、社团运营过程监控直至社团解散的全流程管理。该系统面向高校社团管理部门、社团负责人、社团成员以及其他非社团人员四类用户,并根据不同用户的特点有选择的采用B/S或C/S开发模式,以实现社团管理工作全程无纸化、网络化和智能化。
The college associations management system aims to improve the efficiency of corporate man- agement by the way of informatization. It mainly includes applying for establishment of commu- nity, community management department approved it and community operation process moni- toring until the dissolution of the whole process of community management. This system geared to the needs of the community management, community leaders, community members, and other community pemonnel. It is according to the characteristics of the different user that choose B/S or C/S development mode for achieving paperless, networking and intelligent management of the entire community.
