摘要
介绍百野助寿保健酒的生产过程。灵芝菌种经培养,形成成熟的灵芝菌丝体;选用的木耳、银耳、大枣、枸杞、香菇、金针菇等原料经前处理制成胶体状;再把糯米进行膨化后,加入酒曲进行前发酵。然后将三者进行混合,再次发酵,形成既有米香又有植物香的液体。
To introduce Baiyezhushou Health Wine production process.After culture,the Ganoderma species forms the mature Ganoderma lucidum mycelium;Fungus,white fungus,jujube,Chinese wolfberry,mushroom,enoki mushroom and other raw materials after pre-treatment to made colloidal;Put the glutinous rice puffing,and add the yeast to the first fermentation.Then make theGanoderma lucidum mycelium,the colloidal raw materials and the glutinous rice which fermented to mixed,conduct to the second fermentation.Formation of both rice and plant fragrance liquid.
