摘要
目的分析2001—2012年广东省台山市人群艾滋病流行情况,为综合防制提供参考数据。方法对2001—2012年台山市艾滋病感染病例进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2001—2012年台山市累计报告人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者及艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)共计3 096例,年龄集中在30～49岁;男性2 614例,女性482例,男女性别比为5.42∶1;职业以农民为主(46.09%)。传播途径主要以静脉注射毒品传播(77.10%),其次为异性性接触传播(15.18%)。结论台山市艾滋病流行的危险因素广泛存在,艾滋病防治工作形势严峻,应采取综合有效的防制措施,控制艾滋病的流行。
[ Objective] To analyze the epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in Taishan City from 2001-2012, provide the basis for for- mulating measures. [ Methods] Descriptive epidemiological analysis was adopted to analyze the data of HIV/AIDS in Taishan City from 2001-2012. [ Resultsl A total of 3 096 HIV/AIDS cases had been reported in Taishan City from 2001-2012. Most of cases were people aged 30-49 years old. There were 2 614 male cases and 482 fenmle cases, with the male-to-female ratio was 5.42： 1.46. 09% of patients were peasants. The main transmission way was drug injection （77.10%）, followed by heterosexual contact （15. 18% ）. [ Conclusion] The risk factors of HIV/AIDS are widely presented in Taishan City. HIV/AIDS prevention and control faces a grim situation, so it is necessary to carry out effective measures to control HIV/AIDS.
