深圳市宝安区病毒性腹泻监测分析

Surveillance of viral diarrhea in Baoan District of Shenzhen City

目的了解深圳市宝安区病毒性腹泻的感染情况。方法采用实时荧光定量–聚合酶链反应对2011年5月—2012年4月宝安区403例腹泻患者的粪便标本进行诺如病毒和轮状病毒的核酸检测。结果腹泻患者的病毒阳性率为37.22%,其中诺如病毒和轮状病毒的阳性率分别为20.35%和18.86%。诺如病毒和轮状病毒全年各月均有检出,诺如病毒在6—10月检出较多,轮状病毒秋冬季为发病高峰。儿童的病毒阳性率和轮状病毒检出率显著高于成人。结论诺如病毒和轮状病毒是辖区内病毒性腹泻的主要病原,应加强全部人群的病毒性腹泻监测工作。

[ Objective ] To understand the incidence of viral diarrhea in Baoan District. [ Methods ] A total of 403 stool samples were collected from diarrhea patients in Baoan District between May 2011 and April 2012 to detect norovirus and rotavirus by using real time polymerase chain reaction （ real time PCR）. [ Results] The viral positive rate was 37.22% in diarrhea patients, the detection rates of norovirus and rotavirus were 20.35% and 18.86%. Norovirus and rotavirus were detected in every month of the year. The positive rate of norovirus was high from June-October, and the peak of rotavirus appeared in Autumn and Winter. The viral positive rate and detection rate of rotavirus in children was significantly higher than those in adults. [ Conclusion ] Norovirus and rotavirus were the major pathogens in this area. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of all viral diarrhea patients.
